Project 1: Creative Essay
In groups of 4, we were tasked to choose and research a topic revolving around "What is Sustainable Architecture?" The research topic can be on the historical, present, or prospective aspects. It can be written in data-centric, analytical, fictional, critical, or conceptual style. The creative essay is to be submitted on 2A4 paper, neatly compiled.

Project 2: Case Study
This assignment introduces us to Daylighting and how it impact the design of building. In a group of 6 - 8 we are to choose a building and evaluate how sunlight changes throughout the year and the change of the ambience on the building. Our group chose Kunsthaus Bregenz Art Museum as the building for our research because that it contents enough information and the building design is heavily depending on the sun path and light.
Final Outcome
Reflection

In Architecture & Environment, I learned about passive design strategies and sustainable architecture designs, and use basic software to make 3D models. This module has taught me how to design in relation the surrounding environment to enhance my projects as well as to design to benefit the future environment.
